Delivery & returns
Delivery
We ship all orders from the United Kingdom. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery times.
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): 3–5 working days. Free on all orders, or upgrade at checkout for faster options where available.
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Please allow an extra 1–2 working days during busy periods or bank holidays. We'll always email you when your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We're working on international shipping and hope to offer it soon. Pop your email in on our site and we'll let you know when it's available.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your EcoBrush. If for any reason you're not, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return: Email us at hello@tryecobrush.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. We aim to process all refunds within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 7 days and we'll sort it out for you.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the tryecobrush.com website and any purchases you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy from us. We'll confirm your order by email. A contract is formed between us once we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We do our best to ensure prices are accurate, but if we discover an error, we'll let you know before processing your order.
Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately on the site. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product images are for illustrative purposes.
EcoBrush heads are designed to be compatible with Oral-B iO Series 3–10 handles. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Oral-B or Procter & Gamble. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or events outside our control. Please see our Shipping & Returns section for full delivery details.
Returns & refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In addition, we offer a 30-day returns period for unused items in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns section for details on how to return items.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to EcoBrush or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
